Guidelines
Eligibility requirements and team formation rules.
- 1Teams of 2–4 members are allowed
- 2Inter-college team members are allowed
- 3Inter-specialization / branch team members are allowed
- 4All engineering students (UG / PG) are eligible to participate
Rules
Mandatory rules all participants must follow during HackLantic 2026.
- 1Teams must register exclusively via Unstop
- 2Registration fee: ₹250 per team
- 3Problem statements will be released at the start of the hackathon
- 4All work must be done during the 24-hour build sprint
- 5Pre-built projects are STRICTLY PROHIBITED — any team found submitting previously developed code, repositories, or projects will be immediately disqualified without appeal
- 6Teams must be present in-person at SIMATS Campus for the event
- 7Plagiarism or use of copied/AI-generated code (without disclosure) will lead to immediate disqualification
- 8Decision of judges will be final and binding

Problem Statements Released
Open Innovation tracks announced at event start. Choose your domain and start ideating.
24-Hour Build Sprint
Mentor checkpoints every 6 hours. Get guidance, refine your approach, and keep hacking.
Demo Day & Pitches
Teams present and pitch their solutions to the tracking judges panel. Show what you've built!
Awards & Networking
Prize distribution and top sponsor interactions. Celebrate your achievement and connect!

Laptop, charger, mouse, and any peripherals you need

WiFi will be provided — bring hotspot as backup
